Gorgeous, but requires some intricate shuffling.

November 26, 2023An absolutely gorgeous set that you can build in about 2 to 3 hours. Not a large piece, but has an interesting alternative feature that allows you to combine two of these sets at 90° angles to form a square wreath you could put your average glass-contained candle in the center of. Three of them makes an entire table wreath.
The instructions also allow for it to be mounted on a wall as well.
As most of the pieces are very small, since these are replicas of smaller flowers and grains, they also have more unusual corners and sharper ends, especially when stacking the reams of wheat on top of one another, some 6 to eight layers deep. Once you have certain sections combined to attach the base, you have to maneuver the ball joint arms of other “plants” to squeeze the piece you’ve just built into a narrow area that could potentially send other pieces flying if too much forces applied. Once it’s on, though, it’s on for good, and you can actually adjust said ball-jointed arms to your taste in design.
It’s designed by one of the more eclectic designers of Lego, and definitely maintains a beautiful fall aesthetic to it.
Downloading the Lego builder app also allows for a three-dimensional look that you can manually rotate each step of the process, as the included paper manual only shows you one angle most of the time, and can be somewhat vague as to exactly where things line up.
When you’re working with some of the smaller more sharper elements of this plant design, it’s also best to stop and give your fingers a rub between one another to ensure that you’re not creating painful divots like with said wheat or green tiny multi-stems to apply and press down tiny yellow flowers through. Bigger hands may find the tiny pieces difficult to work with at times.
This is definitely a build for first time adult Lego and more experienced builders, or parents and children that enjoy flowers together.
One of the more intricate flower builds of the line, and with greater attention to detail than many of its predecessors. A wonderful addition to floral Lego collections.
[Rewarded Review] A nice set for some quality time with yourself

August 15, 2023For me, this meant pouring a glass of red wine, embracing the tranquil sounds of a music album, and immersing myself in the creation of this refined dried bouquet. While it might not be a gigantic set, it certainly offers an enjoyable building experience. I found it particularly nostalgic to use the shoulder pads from the era of pirate LEGO to fashion dried orange flowers and to transform LEGO Technic gears into an elegant plumage.
Although the color scheme evokes thoughts of autumn (despite building this in the summer), dried flowers naturally maintain their beauty for seasons on end. Essentially, the set consists of two reasonably identical parts, with a subtle difference in the centerpiece that adorns the bouquet's middle. Thanks to the two separate booklets, two individuals can work on this set simultaneously, ensuring the building process doesn't become identical for the second half of the build. I didn't find this bothersome because I mostly cherished the calming moment, and by building it alone, I could savor it for longer.
After about an hour and a half the bouquet was finished and thanks to the simple system on the back, it is easy to display this set on the wall. Nice display value and some interesting parts for moc builds.
Leuk bloemstuk!

July 20, 2023Would you like to have something different on the table than a vase of flowers? Or maybe hang something original on the wall? Then this is a nice set.
With this set you build a dried flower arrangement in autumn colours. You can put it on the table or hang it on the wall thanks to the built-in hanging hooks. If you buy more than one, you can put them together to make a garland of flowers.
Building this set is not very complicated. Of course a lot of small stones, but with that you also make beautiful flowers. The manual is clear, but on a gray background which may make reading a bit more difficult for some people. The progress bar at the bottom of the manual pages shows how far along you are in building.
The bags with stones are numbered so you immediately have all the right stones. The very small stones are packed separately.
Beautiful, but could be better

February 20, 2023It was fun putting this kit together and it look’s beautiful as is with 1 kit. Because I saw the photo on the box, I bought 2 more kits to make a wreath to put battery candles into. The kits come with blocks to make the wreath. Unfortunately, the joints in the kits are all 90s, so the wreath with 3 kits is not symmetrical. For me that is unacceptable. I have been working on taking out the 90s and using the included hinges to make it symmetrical. Unfortunately, there are not enough hinges to do that. It would be nice if the kit was tweaked so the wreath is symmetrical. I will need to buy more hinges and figure a way to make it stable. Also a few of the components keep popping off when barely touched. I do recommend the kit however. It is really pretty.
