HORRIBLE PRODUCT

I was really excited about this cookware when I first got it, but because it was significantly lighter than any pans I’d previously owned, I also had reservations. I attributed it to the pans not having handles and hoped for the best. When we got it we read the directions together as a family to make sure everyone knew the proper way to take care of them to make them last. The first time I cooked with the large pan, I made meatless burgers. I oiled the pan as per the instructions and cooked at a medium heat also per the instructions. The pan got hotter than any other pans I’ve used like because the bottom is thin and does not have a lot of girth to it. It burned the patties before they cooked through which I realized later also stained the pan. Also, the pan began to bubble. I could feel it as I was flipping my burgers. I washed the pan once it cooled and hoped for the best. A couple days later my husband used the same pan to make fried rice. He kept the temp at medium and later when I washed dishes the bubbled pan coating just began flaking off. Literally the pan has been used twice and it looks like we’ve owned it for 10 yrs. I have never heard of a pan that can’t be cook on with heat beyond medium which should have been an indicator that they are not good quality, but I really wanted to like them because their space saving design was innovative. However, I am not new to cookware and this idea the first time I’ve had some last only 2 times prior to failing. We followed the pamphlet direction, did not cook over high heat settings, hand washed them, used wood and/or plastic utensils, and stored them with the felt liners between them. The small pan on top was only used once and was also discolored from cooking. I’m hoping I can get a refund because now I need a new pan set again.
Great pots!

I have had a set of Blue Diamond pots for a few years and got tired of not having enough pots for certain things I’m cooking. They have held up well and I take care of them so they’re still great, but, I’ve wanted a new set that is as aesthetically pleasing while also being really great to cook with also. My brother and his girlfriend got a set of these and I got a chance to see them in person and liked them so I went ahead and ordered a set for myself. I’ve had them a couple months and I use them often. So far they’ve been amazing. As long as you take care of them I believe they will last for years to come. I hand wash them and I tend to cook with dark and red sauces that would usually stain, but, I’ve had no staining on the pots a faint stain on one of the tops but barely visible. I don’t use high heat it’s not really necessary in my experience so far. I did buy the silicone cooking tools and only use those with them. There’s been no scratching and no burning on the bottom although I do have a glass top stove. Read and follow care instructions and I think they’ll work out. I decided to purchase the Carote utensil set to use with the pots. I wish it came with a canister for the counter top because they’re really nice and I had to have them on my counter instead of a drawer. The utensils have not stained or fallen apart at all they seem to be really great quality. I definitely suggest this set. I got mine when they were on sale so for the regular price of about $300 of these products for the set of pots and the utensils I spent under $100. Grab them on sale if you can! Super worth it!
Above and Beyond Expectations!

these pans have been AMAZING! waited to post a review, but have left all kinds of things in them, that would stain most things, for almost a week intentially after hearing people complaining about stains. using only warm water, a small amount of blue dawn platinum, and the good old dish daddy sponge/scrubber to clean it... It came out looking brand new everytime. non stick surface is incredible, so much so that if you are trying to tip and seperate grease from meat ect... the meat will NOT stay to one side (so other methods of draining grease will be preferable). as long as you use the pan protector pads that are included when stacking them, hand wash with mild detergents only, and use silicone utensils in them you will have ZERO issues with things sticking and will look near new after every wash. have had these since Christmas of 2023 and only use other pans, skillets, ect, if its something I need to do high heat sears since you dont want to go over medium heat on the stove with them(it will still boil and cook anything you need and heat up evenly due to their construction). Definitely recommend these sets!
They are ok-ish.

I purchased these because they were talked so highly about on social media because of their nonstick, their durability and the ability to be space saving. I received these in February 2024 and by May 2024 I noticed that the white has started to chip off of the pans at the bottom of the pans. I also noticed where the handle attaches and detaches the white has also started to chip off around the rim of the pans because of the handles and the handles are turning yellow color where they look dirty and dingy even though they’re clean. I reached out to the manufacturer customer service with my concerns and provided them images in May and they have responded to me once asking for pictures which I provided and I have not heard anything else from them. I will say I am not happy with this purchase. I would not order these again nor would I recommend these to a friend or a family member. Their customer service is not up to par either with their lack of communication that they provide. I do not think that these will last as they are advertised.
