Ordered Ipad from App. Received an empty box! Contacted Apple and the Ipad was activated and registered (to someone else) the same day I ordered it online. It had to be an employee because the outside box was intact. The apple box had glue fingerprints on it where they tried to glue the seal back. I called to file claim and the only options are for damaged item or item not delivered. The denied my claim and said it had been delivered! I finally went to closest Target(not in my town) and they helped me. But almost didn’t. This seems to be a scam that an employee is getting away with. Taking the Ipad out before it’s shipped. The outside box was intact because tape was perfect. And bcuz of the price Target doesn’t want to replace item. Seems like they would want to find the employee at the Indianapolis store that’s doing this. If you purchase DON’T have it shipped. Or record yourself opening the box. That might help. Or else you might get an empty box for $550 and be stuck with. If I wasn’t a persistent person I wouldn’t have gotten help. Thank goodness for an awesome Manager that helped me.

Biggest purchase from an online store so far. Got this item for less than the SRP, really hard to find stocks for this nowadays.

Had a smooth and hassle free purchase with Beyond the Box, item arrived after 24H (courier was J&T Express). Item arrived sealed with no visible damages or signs of tampering.

Apple’s M2 chip is superior, the camera placement makes more sense if you’re someone who frequently uses an iPad in landscape orientation. You get more from the iPad Air when you pair with an Apple pencil too.

At first wanted the purple but it’s became a common color nowadays. So i choose blue color and i like it!

Fast delivery as mentioned by the seller. Expected delivery by 9 Nov, but delivered at 8 Nov.

Packing conditioned expected with more bubbles wrap but this one is only 1 layer of bubble wrap inside the box by seller. However luckily the postage by car and neatly delivered.

Btw, thanks shopee for the voucher discounts. I got it at RM2,040 something compared to the apple store price which is RM2,599.

I placed an order on July 13, 2024 (weekend), and received it on July 18, 2024. The box was dented a bit because the seller only used three layers of bubble wrap and no box, placing it inside a delivery plastic bag. The item inside was in good condition.

Here is my suggestion: please add an option for a box. I know customers are willing to pay for it because this is not a cheap product. Please improve your packaging. As a premium partner of Apple, you must act like a premium partner. Thank you.
